Buying a home from 2 hours away could have been stressful, but James made it feel easy. When we ran into issues with our initial offer and appraisal, he stepped up and went above and beyond to make sure we got our deposit back. When we were looking for a house, we lived about 2 hours away so we got a recommendation on a realtor from a friend. James turned out to be such an excellent choice. He worked with us in our unique situation of only being able to see houses on the weekends when we were in town, and was even quick to help out with things on our behalf when we couldn't be present.
